Building extensions, garage conversions or new structure creation requires experience, planning and prudent cost management. We know that our clients have a vision of the finished product but little experience in the materials, building regulations and project timing which will be required to deliver them. Our role is very simple, to start with honest advice, reviewing and agreeing plans and then to seeing the project through to completion protecting the client from cost rises, delays and mess.
