To maintain the performance of a building in the most cost effective way is to implement a Planned Maintenance Programme. Our aim is to reduce the annual cost of maintaining your premises.
Planned Maintenance Programmes by TES are designed to ensure that any potential problems are identified and dealt with before any major issues can occur, thus lowering the customers cost by reducing the number of costly reactive call outs.
The planned maintenance programme will be designed to meet the customer’s individual needs and will incorporate easy to follow schedules and compliance certification.
Site visits are scheduled either weekly, monthly or annually dependent on the equipment to be maintained. All costs are agreed in advance and this gives the customer set financial budgets.
The planned maintenance programme can be tailor-made to cover:
- Electrical installation
- Ventilation systems
- Building re-lamping schedules
- Plumbing
- Heating systems
- Air conditioning systems
- Cleaning
- Gas
To assist the customer in keeping cost to a minimum, TES work with the customer to allow for all non critical or emergency works to be bulked together on a pre-arranged date per month to address all issues, in one visit, reducing the need for multiple attendances. This also allows for out of hours works to be planned in advance to help to minimise site disruption.
